Sorry forgot to mention that I pluged the hose so I do not have a vacum leak, but the hose is still not connected to the sensor, is it a big deal if it is not connected?

the shackles and bushings look fine, swapping the springs sounds like a good idea but i still dont know how to raise the rear end, shackles yes but if i have shackles and add a leafs how will i ever be able to raise it higher in the future
