    Thanks for the input. I guess it was the adjusters in the brakes were not adjusting correctly.

    When I push in the clutch feels like I am applying the brakes, But I am not. I changed all the drums and shoes in the rear. After I was done it did the same things still. Jacked up both rear wheels and noticed the wheels spun in either direction very difficult. I disconnected the parking...
