    Rear Lift Gate (upper one) Plastic broke in half

    I have owned a 92, 95, and 04 Explorer. It's ashame that Ford lost a loyal customer over $100 piece of plastic. After going around and around with customer service and them telling me it was on me to replace it. I sent them a picture of the replacement (my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited)
