Anyone interested in a factory OEM rear spoiler? I bought one for our explorer and never put it on. I did have it painted the chestnut color by a body shop. I have the installation instructions as well as the hardware and template. Paid 120 for it plus paint. We sold the explorer for an Escape.

Check Check lower ball joints. Put finger on joint as someone turns wheel. You will feel it. I used a grease gun with a needle and pierced the boot and lubed it up good. All is fine now.

I have 35,000 miles on my X and want to service trans, transfer case and rear ends. Does the convertor have a drain plug? How many quarts for trans? How hard is it to get the pan off? Thanks for the reply's! Marty

New info Gent's I just filled up and rechecked the mileage. I'm happy to say the figures are now all correct. Apparently the new message center repaired the problem. Get this! I never got more than 16mpg. Ever! Now 19.3 I checked it and it's accurate! Marty

Thanks for the reply I have had it to two dealers. They scratch their head! Ford says it is normal and not an accurate system. I think it is a bunch of bull. It should be right. Anybody else have any ideas??

My 99 Edie Bauer's message center reads incorrectly. It had instant and average mpg as well as feul left and fuel used ect. The mpg and quantity were wrong. The mpg say's 20.3 when it only gets 15. The quantity is never over 19. Sometimes the combined quantity left and used equal 16. I have...
