    Thanks for the info.... I did check all fuses, and they appeared to be ok...will check again, and check the BOO switch. Dogfriend, you needn't send the schematics as I will determine the problem but have the dealer fix it..but thanks!

    98 SOHC Cold Start Idle problem

    Still won't Idle after Warmed Up. Guys (and Gals), my '98 Mountaineer has these symptoms re: not idling when cold starting, but now it's not idling even when it's good and warmed up! Runs great otherwise. Mileage 60k, will ask Ford to replace that OOM12 kit..think that would fix it? Thanks

    Well, it lasted almost 4 months Above, I posted that I fixed it (the first time!)on March 26, 2002. It went dead again yesterday, so I'll give it another shot. I used no liquid, brush only the first time, so maybe I'll try alcohol this time.
