2003 mountaineer hatch panel

    2003 Mountaineer rear hatch panel problem.

    I have a 2003 Mountaineer with a rear hatch panel problem it flew off on the freeway almost hit another car. I thought that something had flew and pulled it off, but, after reading some reviews I understand it is a defect. any help on a recall?
