    Harmonic balancer stuck - one broken bolt of the two. Help!

    I have a 1999 Explorer 4 liter V-6 SOHC with front oil seal leak. Have to replace seal and I have a new balancer. In removing old balancer, it will not move. Broke one of the two balancers bolts.
