    First post. Thoughts please? Front left whirring

    First post although searched many issues the last few years I've owned my x. 2003 limited v8. 232k miles and counting. Been fighting what has seemed to be a wheel bearing noise the past few months. Usually do most of work myself but had a known trustworthy mechenic do a rear left bearing a month...

    Help!! - "04" Explorer 2wd has a rubbing grinding noise going on in the front end

    Help!! - "04" Explorer 2wd has a rubbing grinding noise going on in the front end, left side (driver side). I have done a little research and the problem kind of sounds like a wheel bearing or a CV shaft bearing? The noise stops when doing a hard right, putting all the weight on the left side...
