spark plugs and wires

Do plugs last this long? My explorer has been relatively light usage for most of its life, but starting to use it more. Just replaced the EGR valve... should I do plugs urgently since coming up on 200k miles? Stock plugs are platinum and they last 60k, so I've triple lapped them. Bought...

So I have a 2001 Trac and its been acting weird... Whenever I go up a hill or speed up fast it jumps.. Its almost like its struggling to go.. I replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires cause that's what I was told to do... But it hasn't done any good... Any ideas on what it could be or why...
