Update: I replaced the fuel pump with a new Delphi. Fuel pressure with engine off is about 20PSI, and for the few seconds that the engine idles it is about 40 PSI. Fuel flow is good. Idles smooth, then dies after a few seconds of idling. CEL is on with KeyOnEngineOff. CEL goes out...
