wheel hub assembly

Hi all, I'm doing a front end rebuild at the start of June and I'm thinking of replacing the old wheel hubs while I'm in there doing such a big job! Are both the front and Rear wheel hubs the same on a 2004 4x4? Planning to get all my gear off RockAuto. Thanks in advance.

I cannot get the front hub and bearing off my 2008 sport tract I have tried to us a puller but it will not budge Any suggestions on how I can get this part removed??

I found you through a google search, my son has a 1997 explorer an the entire front tire, roter, spindle and we do not know what else came completely off while he was driving, and we'll we went back 24 hrs. Later and no parts to be found, trying to figure out what he needs to fix it, the spindle...

Looking for help with my `04 Exlporer XLT. I have used the "How To: Replacing Front Hub / Bearing 1995+ Ford Explorer IFS" thread for guidance. This thread has been helpful and I am down to getting the old wheel hub assembly off the steering knuckle. I have shattered two 15mm sockets already...
