whistle

I have the 2007 4.0, and very recently it’s been losing the whole dash display, or showing my ABS and TCS lights whenever I accelerate, as well as making a very high pitched whistle. I’d appreciate any advice as this car is my only option for a daily driver and I need it fixed ASAP.
