00 EE airdam or westin safari bar?

i have a 2000 front bumper on my X and am deciding between the EE airdam or a SS westin safari bar with lights. obviously both would not work, so it's one or the other. give me your input and thanks.

ee for street... or a custom made bumper with light tabs for offroad... the westin bar is fine for looks or mounting a pair of lights, but for anything else, it just sucks....

jssong, your X is the reason i was looking at gettting an EE in the first place. that is sweet.

ok, how does everyone think an EE airdam would look if i left the chrome around the fogs or would it look unfinished or something if the bumper was not all painted black?

It should look OK with the chrome. But IMO, it would look much better if you at least got all of the gray trim painted black to match the truck. That way you've got a chrome and black color scheme instead of a chrome and black X with out of place grey plastic trim. I hope that makes sense.

stretch, that makes perfect sense. thats what i had in mind. the front bumper painted black(except chrome) along with the rear bumper(except chrome) and the side fender things in the back(except chrome). and now it would be the EE airdam also painted black.

The more I think about it the more I like it. I say go for it!

EE airdam all the way. And paint everything black but the chrome. That would look killer.

yep, its as good as done. well, not really. but thats what i'm gonna do. i'll order the EE airdam this week.

search for aldives ee airdam, he left his gray trim the same, and has the chrome. thanks for the compliments. and Ill have pics of my dual exhaust up tonite or tom.
