02 4.6 no crank (solved)

Hopping someone here can give me a little advice. Went to start my 2002 explorer yesterday morning and it would not crank. Dash lights up but after a second it flashes and and advance Trac lights, odometer shows zeros. Seems to be an ecu issue to me but would like a second opinion. And what would my options be.

Ok eneded up solving the issue. Fuse 41 was blown and would immediately blow a new fuse when i put it in. Problem ended up being the passenger side front o2 sensor wiring that runs down the back of the head had melted in the heat shielding. so it wasn't obvious on a visual inspection. Patched the wires up and truck is good now. was easy to solve once i got diagrams. I now have Alldata DIY for the next year on the Explorer. Hopefully wont need it much though.
