So my oil pump went and didnt get any warning signs from my engine no noise what so ever till it finally decided to seize cant find anywhere around that has the engine i need does anyone know if you are able to use a 03 v8 engine mechanic said no that only 02 explorer and 02 mountaineer engines work I looked up the specs and they are exactly the same should work shouldnt it?
