Ive got a 02 Explorer Sport and i dont want TT and shackles so i was wondering how can i get the 2 inches of lift i want without using TT and shackles, is there any way i could use coil overs in the front to get 2" in the front and maybe a 4-door explorer leaf's in the back for 2" i honeslty have no clue on what to do about this one, because i cant use a body lift because of my brush guard is mounted to the frame so if anyone has any ideas let me know thanks for all the help my e-mail is lsupitch@comcast.net if anyone wants to e-mail me any ideas or you can just post on here once again thanks for all the help!!!

Unfortunately you don't have many alternatives in the front cause of the IFS suspension. You can't use coilovers without putting a solid axle in since the truck runs on torsion bars. Your best bet is to crank on the torsion bars, you won't have too much of an adverse effect.

you could get coilovers but it would be pointless because the amount of fabrication needed to install and it would be the same type of 2" lift as TT, making the arms angles down more. there is no other way to get a 2" lift without doing a body lift, your only other options besides TT would be 3" spindles if your 2wd or 4" trailmaster/superlift for 4x4.
