02 Explorer Turns Over but won't start.

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer. I have been having intermittent problem with it turning over but it won't start. Then today it won't start at all, but still turns over. I can hear the fuel pump turn on. When I turn to the on position I hear a click click click sound (relay???). The "Service Engine" and "Battery" Light come on. I am really puzzled on why it won't start. Thanks!

Are you getting spark

Not sure how to check for spark. The EX is at work and tomorrow is my day off so I am going to try to get it started and look at everything as much as I can in the parking lot.
