I recently bought an 02 Limited 4.6L. It has an unusual problem, the speakers go loud and soft when I brake, hold the power window buttons up, use the turn signals or most other electrical operations. It seems to be some kind of short issue. I just noticed that on the back of the headunit (mach 460 6 disc) there's one plug that's not plugged in because there's no slot for it to go into. Does anyone know if this issue could be causing the speakers to go loud and soft? I think the shady dealership I got it from put the wrong HU in. I'm gonna hit the junkyard and see if I can find the right one. I checked all fuses already and am hoping this is the problem. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
