02 Merc Airbag Light flashes 3-4 five times and stays on

any help with the airbag light flashing 3 then 4 five times before it stays lit? Just started happening today.

Hey bud, I had this happen after I vacuumed my ride. The passenger seat has a harness or two on the side by the center console or under it push on them and make sure they are tight then start your ride up and check it out. Crazy but that was my issue.

theres also one under the drivers seat, i ran into this problem when i switched out my XLS seats for XLT seats, just make sure they're tightly connected
