02 TB spacer

I am thinking about buying TB spacer made by S&P Electronics. It's called helix power tower plus.I am looking for better mpg more so than performance. Can anyone give me some info on this product, good or bad. Or is there another company that makes one for the 02 with the 4.0. Thanks in advance.

From what I have read it seems throttle body spacers don't really do much at all.

From what I know, a TB spacer only works in the fuel is injected at the throttle body. Since ours is injected after the TB. It won't do much.
