03 eddie bauer 4.0 sluggish when warm

i have a problem when the engine is cold it has alot of balls as the engine warms it gets sluggish like it dont wanna move as well , my engine has 165k on it and its spotless maybe a vacuum leak ? , IAC ? dirty

You should be able to hear a vac leak but I would take a shot at a leaking EGR Valve. Evan if this does not cure it usually you will get better MPG. I usually change mine when I do FLA to PA trip every couple of years.
