Long story here.. I recently replaced the intake manifold on my 03 Explorer due to a coolant leak from the thermostat housing. I opted for the Doorman part as many do. I changed all plugs at this time as well. After installation, it wouldn't start. After many hours of troubleshooting I found that the fuel pump was bad, (10 psi fuel pressure at fuel rail). I also checked all fuses, relays and regulator. I changed the fuel filter as well. I checked all coils and injectors which all checked out. All wires and vacuum hoses are in place. It still won't start. It's getting fuel and spark. When I spray starter fluid in the throttle body it starts but does almost immediately. Hooked up a scanner and it's not pulling any codes. I'm at a complete loss! Is there anything I might be missing? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
