Hi all,
My wife's 2003 Explorer had the "Service Engine Soon" light come on. I did a code check and it's throwing a P2270 Bank1 Sensor2 stuck lean error. There are 4 sensors, so I wanted to make sure the sensor is bad before I buy a new one. I swapped the rear 2 sensors thinking the code would change to the other bank if the sensor was bad. I swapped the two back sensors, reset the code and took it for a drive. The check engine light came back on but I get the same P2270 error code.
Are the sensors different? Two different temp ranges or something? Or is there something else going on up stream? I checked the connectors and wires and they all look fine.
Thanks
Robert
