My buddy works at a tire shop and hooked me up with 4 hardly used tires for free I couldn't pass on this deal so picked them up the only problem is 3 of them match but the fourth is a Firestone the other three I believe are continental the tread is obviously different is this going to cause problems i do have the auto 4x4. any response would be appreciated thanks Matt

best advice...if your worried about them causing a problem...its because you know that they will...i personaly wouldnt run tires on any vehicle that didnt match. i guess if you HAD to do it untill you had the money for propper tires you could get away with it, but be prepaired for sloppy vehicle handling and/or 4x4 problems.

Do yourself a favor and go to walmart and get some Liberators. They are not expensive for the tire quality. I had four new ones on a 98 Grand Cherokee last year and it rode silky smooth.

Measure the OD or tread depth and see how close they are, depending on how worn, i'd just buy a new one to match, use the odd one for a spare, more so you dont worry about it.
