03 Ranger XLT

Just a quick question I'm looking at a 2003 XlT 4wd Ranger tommorow. I like it and the price is great. I was just wondering if it has power locks and windows. It has cruise tilt and AC so I'm assuming it does but I'm not quite sure. Is it standard on this truck or is there a possibility it doesn't have these options. Thanks!

PW/PL/PM make up the Power Equipment Group, a standalone option group. Tilt and cruise is a separate option. Most dealers would order the PEG on an XLT but it is possible to get one without it.
