03 Sport Trac Parking brake and dash lights

I have a 2003 Explorer Sport Trac. It has 2 problems. The dash lights just stopped working. I replaced all the fuses and they still don't work. Also, the parking brake doesn't work. Any help fixing these two issues would be greatly appreciated.

welcome to the forum!

may want to check out the light switch(the one that dims the lights). mines on its way out. i have to move the dimmer up and down several times to get the lights to come on. i know there have been others here with the same problems. as far as the brake...get some heavy duty airplane chocks! just kidding. i really cant help you much on those.
