Can anyone tell me where this is located?..My dashboard, windows, radio and interior lights are dead, the airbag light is also flashing and I'm reading that this may be the problem..If anyone has any suggestions as to what else it may be..please let me know!...Thank-you in advance !!

I just read about a "Delayed accessory" relay (#3) on top of the PASSENGER side compartment fuse panel, can anyone tell me if this controls all the accessories I mentioned?.do I have to remove dash?

**I checked all the fuses that are relevant and they are all fine***

Might have more than one issue, but the Body control module is on the 'C' Pillar, and is the same device that has the door code on it. Not sure if there is another module. . .dash might have one.

Delay Relay, have you swapped with one just like it? It does control , windows, radio and interior lights.

Do the door locks work? Windows is the wires in the boot, might be shorted out causing problems (long shot)?

Someone with a Scanner and Ford Enhanced codes should pull a code for the Airbag.

thanks for reply!..Yes door locks work..no I didn't swap any relays since they are good..(tested all delay accessory fuses with test light), and all relevant ones under dash and hood. There is one under passenger side that is impossible to get to and it wasn't tested. ..but as my wife was sitting in the car, everything came back to life!..radio dash..windows...everything!!!...and yes the service engine light is now on. She didn't touch anything..wasn't driving...just sitting with the car on and viola!!!..came back to life...so the fuses are good I assume..

another thing, how old is the battery? Check 'Under the Hood' section something like - gauges go crazy, .. . .turns out if the battery get below a certain level it turns off all delay accessories. . .forgot about that one.

It was strange test in the message center. . .
