I have a weird noise coming from my 04 explorer, sounds almost like a rattle/tick, I tested areas with a big screw driver up to my ear and I think it's coming from the fuel rail or injector area, I am posting a link to the video if anyone can help, thanks

Sounds like you have timing chain problems. Here is what I would do. I would disconnect the serpentine belt and see if noise goes away. if noise is still there, engine is on its last leg, if noise goes away when belt is disconnected; it could be idler bearing or tensioner or alternator, but honestly it sounds like the chain is shot. You can try and replacing the timing chain tensioner and see if that helps. but the timing chain cassette is probably worn and cracked. how many miles on engine and sounds like it is a 4.0 sohc engine?
