Hello all... My name is Shane.. My Explorer is stuck in 4 wheel drive. When I lock the steering wheel left or right and move forward or reverse, my Explorer feels like something is holding it back and then give a loud knock as the truck releases, moving forward or reverse. I changed the transfer case motor and still no change. Can anyone help me please?
