Wanted 04 Now why is there a electronic delay ? Window/radio/gas gauge/ odometer

(2004 )I just got over PAST problems , I took to shop , it was a problem with the key, my battery was also shot so they replaced that. My new problem is that when I start my Explorer there is a 10 second delay between when I start it and when the window/radio/odometer and gas gauge start to function , it didn't do this before Any insights would be great . Thanks in advance


Solved , fuse for rear wiper and cluster needed to be replaced

Thanks for the post. Replacing this fuse fixed my issue as well..
-- Fuse Location 15 > Fuse Amp 5A > Description Rear wiper module, Cluster, TPMS
