Thanks for looking in - I've got a Salvage 04 Ex V8 4x4 that's heading to the junk yard but thought I'd remove a few parts for later use. Where can I find the voltage regulator and yaw sensor - the yaw sensor is a $400 new part on Rock Auto - never heard of it but thought I'd try and find it!? I've removed starter, MAF, 02 sensors, belt tensioner, axle nuts, rear tie rods, visors, PCM, blower motor, 4x4 switch, door/window master switch, spare tire, step rails, tailgate panel, relays, window regulators/motors -- any other ideas on what is a worthwhile $$ part to get at B4 selling to junk yard?....which is paying the price of what they'll sell just the trans for. I've got to leave the major (in eyesight) stuff. Thanks

Voltage regulator built-into alternator. If hi-miles on vehicle, is it really worthwhile to go to trouble removing worn-out parts? For your use, or resale?

Good point - miles are about 100k - the 02 sensors were definitely a bit over board but I'd like to find the yaw sensor - any ideas? The parts I've pulled so far are worth an easy $500 and worth even more in time it will save me from tracking those parts down later on. I buy/sell about 6/7 of these per month - a small work from home operation. The 04 Salvage Ex was purchased for it's trans which turned out to be a 4wd when I needed a 2wd....so I called several salvage yards which weren't willing to pay what I had just paid @ auction so I decided to keep a few parts to make up difference.

yaw sensor should be either under the Center Console or just behind it under the 2nd row middle seat, just a guess, my AWD did have one, but i found the screws for it i believe.

He Johnny Glenn what do you have planned for the Step rails? I'm looking for a set.

Never mind Yours is a third Gen.

if its a class III hitch, i'd say yank that.

if it has park assist, grab the sensors.

roof rack maybe.
