I have checked all the fuses that I could, I have checked all lines that I could get access too, they dont seem to be clogged or frozen. I cant hear the washer motor run. The front and back doesnt work. When I press the washer button sometimes the wipers come on, and others it doesnt. Even when the wipers come on, nothing comes out, and I cant hear the motor.

I called to check on the pump and relay. but I can only get them from the dealer.

Has anyone else had this problem? Where might the problem be, any tips on how to fix this.

I just got the truck 5 days ago, I do have a 60 day warranty, but I think it only covers over 100$

did you use it often? it just stoped working?

if you checked the wirring and everything seem ok then i would say you need a new motor.

i have only had the car for 5 days. It didnt work from the time I got it. if it was the pump, wouldnt the wipers go on anyways, just no washer fluid would come out.

my wiperd dont even come on???

You mentioned over on the 2006 forum that you didn't get an Owners Guide with your truck. You can get it here in PDF format along with a recommended maintenance schedule: http://www.genuineservice.com/genuineservice/en/default?page=Home

The Owners Guide will have a diagram and listing for all the fuses and relays.

Thanks, I did print that out. I checked the fuses, they are good. I couldnt check the relays, i dont think you can check those.

It could be a burnt out washer pump motor. But you mentioned that the wiper is iffy too, so it's also possible that the wiper motor is bad. The washer pump actually relies on relays in the front and rear wipers to function. It's also possible that the multifunction switch is bad. I think you should take it back where you got it for repair. If they value your repeat business they'll fix it for free. If they don't care about seeing you again than $100 to get it fixed is probably as good a deal as you will see.

yes, you are right, thanks for the advice. All the other wiper functions work fine, front and back, so Im thinking more toward a relay, then possible the pump. from my searches on the web, they seem fairly cheap to replace.

I was having problem with the wipers not working all the time. I would push the washer button in, and the front wiper wouldn’t go on. Sometimes they would and other times they wouldn’t. So I replaced the pump. Now when they work at least washer fluid comes out.

Could there be a relay for just the front wiper. The back ones work all the time. All other functions on the controller in the truck work. Could it still be the controller?
