04 XTL - Power windows | Read Defrost | Rear wiper | Rear washer issues

Hello all, it has been a while since I posted so please bear with me.

My '04 XLT 4.0 is having issues as described in the title any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

I'll Start with the Windows first:

• All power windows will no go down or up.
• With the help of some posts, I though it was a pinched wire but I could not locate a broken wire between the Drive side door jam.
• Checked the 60A fuse but it looks good.
• Replaced the 30A Circuit Breaker but it still will not work.
• Interesting though, all the ambient lights for the "up" and "down" window indicators are all out. only the lock/unlock button are lit.
• Not sure what else to look for before I take it in to the mechanic.

Next is the Rear Defrost:

• I will try to change the Relay as I can confirm there is no power to the coils.
• However is there anything else I can check?.

Rear Wiper:

• I do not hear a click of any sorts when I turn it on.
• However occasionally when I leave the wiper turned on it will work once.
• Not sure what to check.
• Grasping at straws; but I wonder if it a bad switch on the control unit

Rear Washer:

• The reason for me saying bad switch above is that my washer is out.
• However when I checked the hose no liquid is flowing through the hose that runs to the rear washer.
• I blew in the hose and it is not blocked as I was able to hear the air in the reservoir.

Again any help will be greatly appreciated.
