The video is dark, but if you listen, it's been making that sound for the past 6 weeks or so. I've changed the belt tensioner, serpentine belt, and when I went to get this addressed at the Ford dealer, they kind of blew off the noise and just sprayed the belt, but they noticed the radiator had a minor leak and of course said that a new one was needed. Thank goodness the warranty covered it.

As for the squealing noise, it happens at an idle, and when driving. It's really nerve wracking and annoying to hear. Anyone know what it could possibly be the cause?

Thanks for any help.

I would bet money that what you are hearing is one or more bad fan belt idler pulley bearings, since I've had a few of them over the years, oddly, all on Ford Explorers.

The way to check them, if you are a 'home wrencher" is to remove the fan belt and turn each idler puller by hand - you'll quickly be able to tell which one(s) have the shot bearing.

If I recall correctly they are about 75-100 each from you local dealer. Very easy to replace IF you can get to them.
