05 Sport Trac A/C, heater, and the fan are not working. No climate controls working.

All the fuses in the fuse box and under the hood are all good. When I try turning the knob to A/C I don't get anything. Fan speed isn't working. Is there anything linking the fan speed with the a/c, heat switch or are they all independant of one another.

Found Problem

Someone thought they were funny and disconnected both the wire going to the blower and the wire going to the A/C unit under the hood took both the ac and the fan out of commission.
