- 05 Sport Trac
Hey there!
About 4 months ago, my dad bought himself a new truck: A very nice 05 Explorer Sport Trac with a bit over 100k miles on it, with a pretty brown coat. Our other Ford [99 F150] ended up in the shop to repair severe damage from an accident, and so the Sport Trac joined my herd of dysfunctional brown vehicles. [I have a brown 1989 Toyota Supra as well.]
Unfortunately, my dad bought the Sport Trac "as is" from a dealership, and I've found quite a few problems. I've taken it into my hands to repair it and have a lil fun with it until the F150 is back in my hands. Good truck. I love it, but my oh MY.. the list goes on for days.
So far, I've been afraid to do much with it, as it is stock and chock full of little issues. Not to mention, I have the worst luck with vehicles.. ever.
It's seen snow once and that was terrifying, and it doesn't take too kindly to dirt roads, but I'm too used to the F150.
