My ABS\Traction lights air both on. I had a wheel bearing making noise so i replaced both fronts and it fixed the noise. 2000 miles later the lights came on. Any ideas???? Oh and my airbag light just came on also along with the service wrench???
The ABS light can mean tons of things. On my 06 the latest was as yours: both front bearings replaced, but ABS error was pointing at the right front that I did few months ago. It turned out to be the harness, I replaced that and it was gone (when I did the bearings I was too lazy to change the original harness). The harness looked fine, nothing bad, but maybe the end sensor ? The time before that was the ABS ring on the rear shaft, it was cracked like Lukas said.
Also, the airbag, I get that too sometimes, usualy when I had something on the seat, even something light, or I had something wedged between the seat and the center console (umbrella). Those seat sensors are very sensitive.
