06 Explorer 4.0l engine block heater

Hello,
according to my vin # my 06 Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.0l engine has a block heater. I cannot find it, can someone in the know tell me where they put it. I purchased it new in MN and it should have one.

The block heater would be located just under the #1 cylinder header tube. The cord would have a clip attaching it to the block, then it would runover to the frame rail, through the rad support into the bumper cover. Some X's have a bracket attached to the grill that the cord fits into. There is a snap closed cover that protects the cord end.
Look for it to be up in the bumper cover around the aux trans cooler if you have one.
