06 Limited wheels

Hi, I am a new member here. I joined this forum to help a friend of mine. He is from Iceland, moved here to Helsinki and brought his 2006 Explorer Limited V8 with him. This model is not sold here so I am helping him to get it registered and to find a good shop to service in and so on..
He has these 5 spoke wheels that has a plastic, chrome cover, and on one of the wheels the center piece that holds the cover in place got lost somehow. I am not sure how to find a new one? Any suggestions how to get one online maybe? I know pics might help, and I can try to get some if it's needed..

I remember that thread, I think I suggested calling a US dealer and getting it shipped as possibly your only real option, it shouldn't be that much. I didn't see them on eBay either...

I remember asking for the part number off the back of one of the other ones, but now realize that I haven't seen the thread since...
