i replaced hub bearing a few days ago rotated tires and still have the sound like i have mud tires definitely coming from front drivers side. drives good no vibration in steering wheel didnt feel any play in the wheel when it was jacked up i am in need of new tires and want this fixed before i do. it is cupping the inside of the tire and i have read anything from tie rods to struts is there any way to know for sure

Tire cupping can be caused by several things, Worn Shocks/Struts, Bad Alignment or even poor quality tires! If you are going to replace the tires then do so with an alignment. Then you will have taken two of the possibilities out of the equation.

Polz is right, and when they lift the front end to do the alignment they wont do it if you have any front end issues. They usually try and tell you what a great deal they will give you on the work, but take the vehicle home if you can, replace the parts and take it back for an alignment for big big savings.
