1 of the most usefull DIY products!!!

Just installed my $8 copy. The CD looks like a copied version too, but the information on it is real. As mentioned before, the only thing missing is the TSB stuff. Well worth the $8 IMO.

guys, i got one of these cds a year or so ago, but never used it much cuz it just had way too much info on it - for what i do (most of the time) the haynes is fine.

i got a question though. when i first looked around on the cd, i had a win98 machine, now i have a windows XP machine; anyone know if theres a problem installing it on an XP machine?

(shouldnt be a problem, but i dont have the time to dick around with it if there is.)

thanks.

I run mine on XP with no problems. :smoke:

Just recieved my CD for my 2002 XLS. Boy, what a bunch of info!! Will take me awhile to go through this...schematics and all. Looks pretty darn good so far :bounce:

You talked me into it. :)

Hmmm.....gotta see if I can burn a copy of this thing.

....almost forgot to ask you guys, did your copy also include manuals for other year specific models? Mine came with manuals for: Sport-trac, Expedition, Escape, F-150, F-Super Duty, Navigator, Ranger, Villager, Windstar as well as for my Explorer/Mountaineer.

I ordered mine a couple of days ago. I got one of the $8 ones. after paying about how long did it take to get to your house?

Yes, each year covers all Ford Trucks, including Ranger, Expedition, Aeromax Semi, etc.

It took about a week to get mine from the day I paid. :redexp:

I should get mine soon!

Mine took 7 days to get to me.

I JUST ORDER THE 1997 FROM SUPERHONEST1...i hope this helps me with my 97 x...auto repairs are way to expensive nowthe dealer charged me 135 bucks to diagnois and install the relay on my ac compressor..the one on top with the 2 wire harness..what a rip off..the xtended warranty i have on the x does not cover that part..sic

I, like many others on here, ordered and received this CD-ROM service manual for my Explorer. Honestly, I don't see what all the fuss is about! Its not very descriptive of anything, just a bunch of parts layouts and tables/graphs. Since I don't routinely dismantle my engine, I don't know what context I would use this information.
Anybody want a CD for a 2001 Ford Explorer?

Try to find some info on the diagnosis of the ATC controls in any other source.
