I'm moving from Albuquerque NM, to Macon Georgia. What kind of mods should I make to my 95 Explorer. My big concern is fuel economy followed by performance. Does anyone know if the Tornado Air device is worth it.

I would make sure you have fresh fluids, and extra fluid with you. The tornado is a waste of money. I started a thread like this a while ago, I will see if I can find it for you.

Here you go.

Tornado or K&N FIPK

Thanks for the tip. So, would you recommend the K&N FPIK Intake kit over the Tornado? Why do you feel the Tornado is a waste of money?

K&N or KKM. Either one. Depends really on your States inspection laws. I think its been determined that the Tornado does more harm than good.

And welcome to the forum! :D

Lighting upgrades

I want better lighting on this trip as well. I'm sure your aware of the haze that is produced on the stock headllights over time. What can I do to upgrade the headlights and driving lights? Where is the best place to get them?
Thanks again
