Good morning. Hope I’m in the right place if not please point me the right direction.

I’ve searched the forums and most of the issues that come close to mine generally involved not just controls, but air in the rear as well.

The rear controls on the back of the center console have no power....no lights, can’t control heated rear seats or climate. However; the ac and heat are still functional and can be controlled from the front. The problem is only with the rear controls. Everything was working fine and it seemed the loss in power to the controls happened around the time my daughter had been using the heated seats in the back.

I’ve even taken measures to verify I’ve done everything I can before posting. I’ve checked the fuses that could’ve been a potential problem and verified that my front controls where set properly, still no luck.

If you have any insight or recommendations to remedy this problem I would be extremely grateful.

Thanks

Just wanted to say welcome to the Forum.
The way you describe it, it almost appears to be a fuse issue but since you've checked them I'm not sure what could be the cause. Do the rear heated seats still work?

Thank you.

When it first went the was what suspected as it was the only thing not working. Rear heated seats aren’t functioning either. To the best of knowledge anyway. The only way to enable the rear heated is through the rear controls. I did not try all fuses, only the ones that I suspected to be tied to that control. Would you be willing to look at the fuse diagram? If so maybe you could offer suggestions.

Do you have a power point and or 120V AC plug on the rear of the console? If so, do they work? The only obvious fues I see is #11 (Rear climate control module) in the cabin fuse panel.
