1992 4.0L Aerostar. How do you replace a fuel injector?

92 aerostar 4 liter
Mechanic says it is cyl 1 injector bad. Has had it for 2 days and just now found it I'm not impressed. Going to bring it home and do it myself. How hard is it ?
 






Welcome to this forum! Disconnect the fuel rail then pull the injector out. Make sure that the rubber seal is good.
 






Make sure to disconnect battery ground before working with gasoline.
