Unfortunately, my '92 Ford Aerostar will be spending the winter in the garage due to a leak in the lower manifold gasket. I was hoping to find some pictures of this repair here on the forum. So far I have removed the battery, air hose including the box that the air filter is in, alt and moved the ac compressor off to the side. And drained all the coolant which was mostly water. Very important since we will have below freezing temps soon. :)

You say it's the LOWER intake manifold? These were known to leak at the upper manifold on the driver's side toward front. I had one leak there. don-ohio (:^)
