Just wondering how much is involved in swapping out a BW13-54 electronic shift t-case for a manual shift model. It is an auto-trans 4-door model and I hate the electronic shift because it never wants to shift into 4wd when it is cold out (canadian winter). I realize I need all the hardware from a manual-shift t-case (explorer) and cut a hole in the floor, but I don't care about that. All I want to know is if there are any non-obvious unforseen surprises. Any valid input (through experience) would be appreciated. Thanks.
