1993 bl question on filler panel

I have a 3 inch BL on a 1993 exploerandi have a big gap in rear anyideas or places to purchase a filer panel for under rear door just a big gap now

I don't know about under a door, but I have seen alot of people fill the area between the bed and frame of a truck with the black plastic lawn edging after a body lift.
