What the heck do I do or where do I go to get a new window? I was driving down the road and all of a sudden..pop. Looked back and the hole window spider webbed. Nothing hitt it and it was not cracked or chipped prior. It's still on the frame and has not crashed out or in yet but I assume it will next time I hitt a bump. Now this is a 4 door and it's that big side window in the cargo area.

Thanks for any ideas.

I had mine replaced with no issue at an auto glass installer. It took one day to get it. This sounds ghetto, but get some tape and cover the window in it, or it WILL fall in our out in many pieces from opening and closing the door. Even clear packing tape will work if you dislike or don't have duct tape.

Mine was broken by some evil neighborhood children.

As far as where? im not to sure. but from my autowrecker days i do remember that piece of glass is a fun one!! its glued in plus its has like two dozen 10 mm bolt imbedded in the glass and through the flange.

Don, this was in South Dakota, still under my dad's ownership. But I was always kept up about its well being. But yeah, they apparently didn't have any hardship in aquiring that window. I was surprised. The installer price wasn't bad. $120 if I remember. It avoids the irritating work and if it leaks, bring it back to make it right!

Ok I'll call up a glass place and see what they have to say. I was thinking id have to go get one out of a junk yard and that's something I'd rather not do as I think I'd have a hell of a time from what it sounds like. Thanks for the replying guys.
