- 1994 Explorer Sport
Hello everyone and thanks for all help in advance. I have a 1994 explorer sport... I just replaced the radiator did a flush and also replaced the heater control valve. When I turned on the truck the heat comes right on... When I switch over to AC the AC works fine... Then when I switch back over to heat the heat will not work. If I pop the hood and pull the vacuum line off the Heater Valve the heat will work with no problem.. Just gets real hot... If anybody can help me with this problem I would really appreciate it.. Just need to know what's wrong with it.... Thanks in advance!! Also if I unplug the line during the winter for the heat and just plug it back up in the summer for ac will this be a easy bypass or cause a bigger problem?
