1994 Ford Explorer JBL Factory Install

Does anybody know anything about the factory installs and problems with them? I get sound out of my rear sub/speaker but there's no bass.
The JBL amp is F27F-18C807BA 4 Door
The JBL sub is F37F-18C804DA 4 Door

Please let me know if you can help.

The main problem with the subs seems to be the subwoofer speaker itself blowing. Get a new 6.5" sub (an inexpensive $10-20 replacement should do it) and install it in the factory enclosure and it should fix it. It's possible theres an amp problem, but if theres sound but no bass, it sounds like the speaker.
